“I cannot say enough good things about Nibbles & Bits and the experience we had working with them for our Ritz-Craft Builder Advisory event at Skytop Lodge. From my very first phone all the way through delivery day with Maggie and Jess, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cared about every detail. They put together absolutely beautiful baskets filled with a wonderful mix of handpicked sweet and salty treats. They even created custom chocolate-dipped Oreos with our Ritz-Craft logo, which was such a fun and personal touch. What impressed me most was the level of service. Maggie and Jess came right to the hotel, brought all of the baskets, and worked alongside me to add our own Ritz-Craft swag, itineraries, and other pieces into each one. They carefully arranged every basket, tied their beautiful handmade bows, adjusted everything until it looked just right, and even brought greeting cards for me to use. You could tell they weren't just trying to get an order delivered and move on. They truly cared about how each basket looked and about helping us create something special for our guests. The baskets turned out BEAUTIFUL, and the entire process was easy because of how helpful their team was from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Nibbles & Bits for a corporate gift, welcome basket, special occasion, chocolate, or really anything you want to make feel thoughtful and personal. “Jennie is amazing. I broke down a mile from exit 262 on 80 West this morning at 0500. It was -7 degrees. After two hours of no heat, because my truck would not start at all, I ran to Al’s Quick stop. Jennie let me stay in the store for nearly three hours while I waited for the tow truck. She was so sweet. She kept a look out for them to make sure they didn’t pass unnoticed. She is truly a great person.”
