“My low review isn’t based on service at all. The people behind the counter were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. While I wasn’t there looking for a firearm, I didn’t look at those prices. I went there looking for reloading supplies and WOW, their prices are more than a little higher than average. Powders were about 15-20 more per pound than other stores within 30 minutes. Primers 20-25 more per thousand as well.

“I visited the wb store today and was not happy with the staff or the supplies on hand so I took a drive to the Dickson City store. From the moment I walked into this Dicks i was elated at how organized everything was. I was greated by a very nice young man named Sam (Samson). He asked us if we needed any assistance and we definitely used his knowledge to the fullest capacity. As he helped us with youth baseball supplies there weren't any sizes we needed on the floor. This young man Sam went in the back and found the size for us. He helped us with helmets, baseball gloves, cup, and heart guard shirt. I just wanted to thank Sam for all his assistance. More associates can learn positive customer service from this exceptional young man.”
