Olyphant is always short staffed so you never know what time they're opening. They use the counter person to help get the postman out in the morning.

Customer service is awful. In specific the worker Abigail. Don’t work in customer service if you want to be rude to people.

Every time I go in here wich is frequently whoever is working is very nice and helpful. I don't know her name but the woman at the desk helped me so much with locating a lost package. She went above and beyond for me and it was eventually delivered after weeks of trying!
