When I entered, there was only one young woman behind the counter taking care of the entire line. She was ever so patient and polite and cheerful!!! About fifteen minutes later, another woman came and was able to clear some of the line by just stamping their envelopes with the date. I just want to say how thankful I am for the woman who waited on me and her service!!!”

“This is a very impressive post office. It is so impressive that even I would be inspired to sit on the steps and paint Scranton from this vantage point on a sketch pad with a pencil. But what do I know? I’m just Tiffany. I’ve only gone to the Louvre Museum in Paris, France multiple times (most recently with my fiancé) and seen art students and scholars all over the city being inspired and living their best lives.

“Went into Taylor post office with a package to be mailed to New Jersey . After the cashier measured the box the total to ship was over 45 dollars, he offered to cut down the box and re-tape which brought my total to about 13 dollars . The package was delivered on my nephews bday which was just a great coincidence. Thank you for taking the time to help keep my cost down. Now accurate delivery in our area is something else, ( they’re probably overworked and understaffed) but they need to take the time looking for accuracy and care on delivery . Otherwise, this was a positive experience and post. Thank you !”
“Last year I didn't receive mail for days at a time. This year, the entire year I have received mail. New Postmaster has even delivered a few times. Just saw him delivering packages. Old Postmaster would NEVER do this. She was quite snarky when I complained about how bad things were.”
