“My wife and I were recently in the market looking for new mattresses and wound up going to KOP mall to check out all of the mattress stores on Labor Day weekend. We tried Tempur-Pedic, Purple, and SleepNumber in that order. When we first went to Purple we met Lauren who is one of the Sales Managers at the KOP location and she was great but understood my wife and I were making an investment in our sleep. She had us try out all of Purple Mattresses options and we were pretty sure we’d be coming back but we had to try SleepNumber before making our final decision.
Ultimately we came back to Purple and decided to go with their mattress and bed platform as it suited us best. Lauren got us all set up to have the mattress and bed frame delivered, the process was pretty easy and she wasn’t pushy at all which we both appreciated. When the bed and frame was delivered we were expecting a couple of the purple gadgets we had seen so many people online get that we didn’t. I reached out to Lauren a couple weeks later and explained that we were looking forward to getting those and she immediately sprang into action and had a little Purple goody bag delivered to our place in a couple days. She is amazing, she is quick to respond to any questions you may have, she isn’t pushy like most sales folks especially in the mattress business and she truly believes in the Purple product. If you are in the market for a new mattress to help you sleep better, feel well rested and recovered (I am in construction so that’s highly important to me) I would suggest Purple all the way. Also, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your needs, ask for Lauren, she’s literally got your back!”
“I was at two other stores that sell mattresses before I stopped at Mattress Firm. I had told the other two stores what I was looking for and both of them had advertisements for products that were within my price range. Once I got to the stores they told me that was an online purchase only and I would not be able to try out the bed prior to purchasing it. I left both stores as they were trying to sell me on mattresses out of my price range. I decided to try one more stop. I stopped at Mattress Firm and was greeted right away at the door with not a pushy salesperson but a kind salesperson asking me what I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for the type of mattress I wanted and the price range I was willing to spend. Anthony took me immediately to the area of my price range. Once I was there I saw the bed that I had tried out at one of the other stores. That store had a price tag of $1,200 for the same mattress. Exact same mattress here at Mattress Firm was $499. I was quite happy that it was within my price range and that is the mattress I ended up purchasing immediately. I also was able to purchase an encasement cover since I had saved so much on my purchase. Anthony was a salesperson that told me all about the warranties that were available to me with the purchase of the mattress. I'm so glad that I stopped at Mattress Firm.”

“I recently got a mattress from the Mattress Warehouse in Phoenixville, and I had a great experience here! Jeromy was very helpful and friendly during my visit! He explained how the process of determining what mattresses are best matched for a person's sleep worked, and he gave very detailed descriptions of the mattresses that I tested. He is very knowledgeable about the reasons why people like and dislike various mattresses and explained the reasoning well. I had narrowed down my decision to two mattresses, and he was understanding of me going back and forth between them and lying on them to test them out because buying the right mattress is an important decision. Jeromy was very friendly and easy to talk to and made conversation that made me feel at ease during the buying process. So far, I have greatly enjoyed using my new mattress and am thankful for Jeromy and all of his help!”

When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“Always great service, the sales people don't hover over you or follow you around. They greet you when you walk in and ask if they can help you find anything. They're always around if you have questions but again they don't breathe down your neck which is very much appreciated. Shout out to Greg & Dominic at this location. Dominic was fantastic but he's still new there so Greg helped with the transaction on their computer system. They were both amazing. “I have been a customer of Bucks County State Traders for many years having purchased something for every room in the house and have always been amazed at the quality of their furniture. From true antiques to more modern pieces, if Bucks County has it for sale, it is always well made from solid wood and excellent craftmanship. The sheer volume of the inventory is greater than any modern furniture store and you never have to wait months for some cookie cutter factory to make and deliver what you want. If you want the materials and workmanship that existed in past generations, I'd take a look.”

“Today my fireplace conversion (2) was completed. From the sales expert to finished product it was a smoothe deal!
Gabe, in sales, explained things to me and wasn’t bothered by my endless questions. I went with gas logs in one and an insert in the other.
Kevin and Austin, the installers, got right to it. The work they did was absolutely beautiful! They cleaned up and one wouldn’t have known they were there! Austin explained all the workings to me, again, with patience. The staff in the office helped arrange things.The products I purchased and had installed are going to be PERFECT for the coming winter. The insert will be a large room heater, the logs will take the chill off and make it cozy in 2 rooms.
I LOVE what they did. I’m so glad I finally bit the bullet and did this after toying with the idea for years. They made it less intimidating that I had thought it would be.”
