“Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.

“I had a complicated, multi-state transaction. I spoke to 3 other auto tag companies before Jacoby's and got 3 different half-answers. Then I spoke to Rich. He walked me through the process, explained each step, and told me what I needed to do. At that point I felt confident that I was dealing with the right people. When I got to Jacoby's, I dealt with Karen (I think that was her name), who was both knowledgeable and a lovely person.
