They greet me with a smile, they take the time to ask me questions about me and my car, they’re thorough, they send me an estimate for any work to be done and get my approval - just hands down top-notch service!!! “After my friends tire blew out and the donut put on we went to Firestone for a new tire. When we got there we were told that they couldn’t help us and to go someplace else or come back another day (there was only one customer in the place and only one car in the service bay). So we drove down to Macis Discount Tires Thorndale. It was like night and day. Mason greeted us and couldn’t be any nicer. Took the car, replaced the tire, checked the other tires, reset the computer and had us on our way within a half hour. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires Thorndale! I will go no place else from now on!!”

“I can’t recommend this automotive repair shop enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Car repairs can be stressful, especially when they’re unexpected, but this shop truly goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. One of the biggest things that sets them apart is their willingness to work with you on financing. Instead of making you feel pressured or overwhelmed, they take the time to explain your options and help you find a solution that fits your budget. That level of understanding and flexibility is rare and incredibly appreciated. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They don’t just fix the issue—they take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right the first time. On top of all that, their customer service is outstanding. They consistently go the extra mile, whether it’s fitting you into a busy schedule, keeping you updated throughout the repair, or making sure you leave feeling confident and safe in your vehicle. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused automotive repair shop, this is the place to go.”

“Zack’s auto is king!! My 2010 Ford started to break down on my way into work, was barely able to limp it over to Zacks. Thought it was a death sentence for the vehicle. Not only did Zack have it diagnosed before I could even turn around and leave off his lot but he had the part at his shop within 2 hours and had my car done and back to me before the end of my work day. The guy was visibly busy and still took the time to make sure I was was WELL taken care of. Can’t go wrong with supporting this local family business, your dollars go far here and it’s going to a good man. P.S. Pretty Zack is Bryce Harper in disguise….think about it, I’ve never seen those two in the same room together!”

“Brought my and my SO's cars for their inspections as we had just moved here. My car is pretty much brand new and low miles but her car is 8 years old and her mileage is up there. Her car needed several repairs while mine was good. The price I paid was way less (under 1k) than what I would have paid in Conn!! And the work was done professionally with telling us exactly how much the cost before starting the work.”

We had never used Andy’s AutoTech before, but based on the glowing reviews, we decided to take a chance and let Andy look at it. He’s a friendly, personable guy, and yes, very honest. We will definitely be taking our vehicles to him the next time anything goes wrong!”
