“If your looking forsomewhere secluded but super close to the city for a decent price... highly recommend! I saw reviews about break-ins in cars at the upper levels but never had any issues in the lower 200 level. Great parking right outside the door, Kevin is great at communication.”
“We lived here for 2 years. Management and the maintenance teams are absolutely best. If there is any maintenence issues it is resolved within few minutes. Once we had a power outage only in our unit, the management and the maintenance team worked on the weekend and fixed the issue. Ashley even offered to accommodate us in a fully furninshed unit until the electricity was back. She stayed until the issue was resolved during her weekend break . The management and the maintenance team always go above and beyond with their service. They frequently organize social events. When we lived here we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a beautiful community. Thank you Team Blue Bell Villas.”

“I just moved out after living there for a year. It was a fantastic experience. I know previous reviews talk about poor management but the new team is incredible!
I especially want to give a shoutout to one of the Property Managers, Donald Jones. He is so kind and goes above and beyond to make living there wonderful. I locked myself out a few times and he was so quick to help.

“I am a new resident to the Flats and have been thoroughly enjoying my time here thus far! The office staff are very friendly and handle all of my requests efficiently. Shana is AMAZING! This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. The apartments are very well maintained, safe, and secure, making it a wonderful place to live and raise a family. My sons have countless happy memories here—from waiting for the school bus with friends to enjoying Halloween celebrations and community spring events. These moments will always be cherished.

“My primary bedroom had the ac/heat unit replaced today. There were some bumps in the road as far as timing. Which wasn't on the technicians. What made it so much better was when our maintenance technician arrived to install the unit they both were very efficient in installing very clean work you wouldn't know the unit wasnt there all along. Additionally they were so pleasant and happy to help. Dou was the lead who I always say is my favorite tech and he was training a second technician. It never seems like he ever has a bad day.
I appreciate the maintenance and leasing office staff , I completely understand that it can be a thankless job but not today. THANK YOU !!!!”
