“I came to Thomas with a request to wire a deposit from my PNC account to London, where I will be attending school this fall. The paperwork was extremely vague and the instructions were not correct. He was amazingly persistent! Most people that I’ve run into over time would have NEVER spent the amount of time Thomas did to resolve my problem. He tried several options, made a phone call, and got my deposit to London! Thank you, Thomas!! Your actions went above and beyond my expectations!”
“Stephanie here at Paoli is one of the best. The entire team here at this Paoli location is amazing. This is my number one stop for my PNC banking needs. Thank you guys again.”
“I have been a Trumark Member for a very long time. The North Wales branch has always been the most efficient of all locations. My sister who has been a member as long as I have agrees.”
“Friendly, professional staff and a smooth experience every time I’ve visited. Everything is handled efficiently and with care. Would definitely recommend this location!”
“I've been, very happily, using this bank (at the Blue Bell location) since they started off in a trailer, while waiting for the new Plaza (Centre Square Commons) to be built/completed. Every staff member, from top to bottom (on-site manager to teller) has been MORE than accommodating, helpful and makes you feel like you're a member of their own family; the "Small Town U.S.A. feeling of which I'm fortunate to have living in this area. I'd recommend this bank, and definitely the Branch in Blue Bell, to anyone & everyone!”
“I was having issues at the dmv with verification and needed to have something printed. I wanted to do it at a place I could trust. I came to this location and Kevin was very accommodating and helped me out with what I needed. Thanks so much, Kevin! There isn’t a ton of great customer service these days, but today you went above and beyond for me in a timely manner.”
“I always have the best experience at this location!! My day always get better whenever Shannon is working. She always has the best nails and attitude! All the people there are amazing and work so hard and are so sweet!!”
“Phil Greenberg has helped me with two appraisals. In both instances he acted with a high degree of professionalism. I appreciate his integrity and responsiveness.”
“Ask for Jennifer,She has been such a great help. She showed me how I could save and pay for my sons college. We reviewed the many options PNC had to offer.I know live in Florida but when I visit Philly I stop by to see Jennifer to make sure my accounts are good.”
“I spoke with Scott today about fraudulent transactions to my account, he was able to put me at ease. Thank you very much! He was prompt and pleasant ðŸ‘👔
“Nice location. As it is with most places they're a bit short staffed but they've always been pleasant when I either needed specific bills (which I do wish the ATM did) or when I needed foreign currency exchange.”
