As soon as I walked in I was greeted by my first name by the woman behind the counter. I wish I remembered her name but I had only talked to her on the phone and had my newborn with me but it was so nice to be acknowledged as a person and not just a potential customer :) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND! “I apologize for missing names as I visited this sight. I was in undeniable distress facing a financial emergency and the manager working today 10/21 went above and beyond to accommodate me. The teller who watched me sob and patted my hand as I left to tell me that it’s all going to be ok truly made a difference in my day. Even the teller working behind his desk offering me tissues as I ugly cried was so thoughtful. I’m grateful for you all.”
“Pretty standard for a Wells Fargo. The staff is normally pretty friendly. For whatever reason, it's one of the only branches that is still open on a Saturday in the area. So I gave it better than average.”

“I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had multiple transaction to handle, not receiving my account paperwork was one of them. They were a little short handed and I was there a little over an hour but they did address all issues. I would have given 5 stars but I have to wait until May 27th, or later to see if everything is corrected.”
