“Used their detailing service (inside and outside) in the Prince St. Garage, since I live in Lancaster city. I did need some paint touch-up, which I learned beforehand could not be done at this location. Still used this location for the detailing so I could drop off the car and walk home rather than killing 3-4 hours waiting around for my car to be ready. The next day I went to the Manheim location and had the paint touch-up done, which took only about 20 minutes. I was mostly happy with the detailing done at the Prince St. Garage, except there was some light staining on the back seats that wasn't addressed. However when I took the car to Manheim for the paint touch-up, the young woman who did the work also addressed the stains. In the end, I was totally satisfied, but all the stains should have been removed the first time. I would definitely use them again because their price was great, but would probably go to Manheim for the entire job.”

“We bought a 2018 Nissan Murano a week ago from Jen Loos. We honestly couldn't have been more impressed with her. She is kind, compassionate, and understanding. Extremely knowledgeable of the cars she shows you. Thorough with all details. Doesn't ever make you feel like "just another sale." We had to come back a different day to pick up the vehicle and had some questions afterward - her communication is truly exceptional, which is so important! We LOVE our Murano so far. We also had a great experience with Kane. He explained coverages and warranties thoroughly and WITHOUT any pressure.
