The hospitality, the knowledge, the generosity, the products, the relationship building, the workshops not to mention the monthly car meets.
I know it’s easy to just go on amazon and add to cart, but save that for your toothpaste or something. Go check them out even just to see what they offer. It’s all the products that are tried and true. The drive is worth it. Or have them come to you (no lie, they have a detail supply truck and they’ll come to you)

“I called to have my review mirror replaced. The same day I got an estimate, I had service scheduled for 3 days later. It was done within 6 hours. The receptionist and auto body employee were very informative. The price they quoted me was reasonable but the actual price was about $60 cheaper. This is my third time using this auto body service.”

“Stopped here for some ceramic wax products and seems they stock a bit better selection than some other places. Also bought wiper blades and was of course strongly encouraged to pay $3 more a piece for a full year warranty. It's debatable, but I got it and we'll see how it works...”
