    4.4 Superb 168 reviews

“I had a terrible experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. When I asked why the restrooms were closed, the manager became extremely rude, loud, and aggressive. Instead of giving a simple explanation, she shouted that it was a corporate decision and then followed me out of the store, yelling and even threatening to call the police. To make matters worse, she refused to give me her name when I asked. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.”

“I rate this store a 5 because while it may seem a bit like a liminal space it's very well kept in terms of cleanliness and stocking, the prices are great and the produce is honestly the best in the area. I'd keep coming back for the produce alone! What it lacks in variety it more than makes up for with consistently low prices and a chill, clean shopping experience.”

“Went to the Dollar Tree at Brentwood Plaza today. The store seems to have a lot of new faces and they are guys and seem happy to be there or were having a good day. It was busy as this store normally is and they were keeping the lines moving and smiling and talking to the customers all at the same time. I have not been at the store in a few weeks, it does seem like the aisles are getting a bit narrow or it could just be me...more that likely it's me. I am still always able to find what I need whether it's candy, food, dog stuff or house hold things.”

I don't know any employees personally but the ones in this store are very welcoming. And having to ring a bell means someone is on the floor doing their job. At least they are not sitting behind the counter on their cell phone. I was in the store today and noticed new plantagrams going up. That means new items coming out. Don't let any of these cry baby's comments under me. Fool you. This is Grrreat store. See y'all soon. ?”
