“This store consistently does not disappoint. There isn't a time that we have gone here where the employees are not overly friendly and helpful. Everything is easy and seamless and it's always a great experience. Today, we had to bring a rather large box for a return, and an employee came out to the car and helped us and scanned it before we got anywhere near the door. Haven't read any of the bad reviews, but would guess that those people are not very happy individuals. This place is a win every single time. Thank you so much to the incredible staff that works there!”

“This is not about the worker's inside, this review is for the carriersI had a packaged returned the same day it was supposed to be delivered. " to late for that i already returned it hahaha"As they were talking to the supervisor about it. I thought your job was to deliver the mail not decide on what mail i get or don't because you did not recognize the name you do not know who lives in my home. Horrible can just hope they did not steal it.This is not the first time. Been going here for years they really need more responsible people, who deliver your mail and if you receive someone else you just return it as normal. “Absolutely the BEST 3rd party shipper I’ve experienced! I purchase goods all around the country and by far The Packaging Place exceeds them all. My items were safely and securely packaged better than if I was shipping to myself! They know what they are doing. People sometimes balk at 3rd party shipping prices. What is important to me is that my collectibles are handled with care, safely packaged and arrive in a reasonable time frame. All boxes checked!
