“There are a lot of negative reviews on here from several years back. But I must say that since I've been utilizing this branch for the past year (2023-2024), the staff and service are excellent! They are understaffed at times, but the tellers (who often work both the line and the drive thru simultaneously) are stellar. Yes, "stellar tellers." Our organization has found the entire staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs.”

“Walked into this branch on a Saturday, 15 people in line. I was at the front of the line in no more than 3-4 minutes. Greeted with a smile and a very enthusiastic young teller. She promptly took care of all of my needs and suggested a few products. This beats big bank interactions by a laughable margin. Been banking here since I was old enough to know what a bank account was and I think it’s safe to say I will continue. People leaving bad reviews I can only imagine are grumpy angry people outside of the bank and that interferes with their own business. People tend to have issues from making a mistake on their end and come here to vent their anger without reason. Have I had a few problems here before through the years? Nope. And any time I have had any hiccups (not issues) my phone call is greeted with a lovely attitude and my issue or concern is PROMPTLY addressed. Ignore the bad reviews my family has been banking here collectively for 100 years!”

“Been with this bank since it was M&T and have had many positive transactions and they even caught 3 different transactions that weren't mine before processing them and even contacted myself before they put them through! Yes I miss M&T's hours they had back then /Sat &Sun but not a big deal. Won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work. Manager even helped me get my credit back on track and now in the high 700's again. Thank you. Bigger banks are a hassle not this location.”

“MARCH 19,2022: originally 1⭐️This was supposed to be my last visit to the bank, I needed to close an account of a family member that recently passed...I had the two items I was informed I needed, the teller could do nothing (because she was not familiar with the process), but whomever "Beth" is blatantly refused to look at the emailed copy of invoice for services rendered from the funeral home that was on their letterhead, stating we don't accept things on phones. This statement was made after being told here is an emailed copy of the funeral home receipt. I don't care if she's a good employee or a stellar employee... read what's being presented before you refuse to accept it. I asked if I could email the funerary invoice and she stated we need a hard copy, I replied stating give me an email and you will get a hard copy, she obviously refused this remedy. So glad I don't anticipate dealing with banks that allow this type of behavior any longer.Update: 4 days later...I got a call from the branch Monday morning willing to complete the account closure, in and out in 15 minutes. I had what was needed and and all necessary paperwork completed and my deceased family members account was now closed.”
