“Great experience at this location. We had a local bank that deposited my husband's work checks directly for many many years. We stayed with them thru many buy outs and name changes. But customer service no longer existed there, prompty a bank change. M and T has certainly gone above and beyond in customer service. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I needed a special account to close my mother’s probated will items and they set it up and guided me thru it. On line aspect is user friendly and mac offers choice of bills received. Great location of this bank. Highly recommend.”

“Been with this bank since it was M&T and have had many positive transactions and they even caught 3 different transactions that weren't mine before processing them and even contacted myself before they put them through! Yes I miss M&T's hours they had back then /Sat &Sun but not a big deal. Won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work. Manager even helped me get my credit back on track and now in the high 700's again. Thank you. Bigger banks are a hassle not this location.”

“I've been a member for a little over a month now. I can say the people are very friendly, helpful and caring. The tellers do their best to be able to assist you in whatever is needed with your account in a timely manner. The loan officers do what they can to ensure you have the best financial wellness possible. Their care for your financial wellness is what pushes them above the other credit unions. Anymore it feels like a bank, or some credit unions just see you as a number, or dollar amounts. I can honestly say that York Ed doesn't. While their membership is niche currently, they are the only ones who seem to care about you as a person vs you as a number. If you want help, are looking for some place that cares, then come here. “MARCH 19,2022: originally 1⭐️This was supposed to be my last visit to the bank, I needed to close an account of a family member that recently passed...I had the two items I was informed I needed, the teller could do nothing (because she was not familiar with the process), but whomever "Beth" is blatantly refused to look at the emailed copy of invoice for services rendered from the funeral home that was on their letterhead, stating we don't accept things on phones. This statement was made after being told here is an emailed copy of the funeral home receipt. I don't care if she's a good employee or a stellar employee... read what's being presented before you refuse to accept it. I asked if I could email the funerary invoice and she stated we need a hard copy, I replied stating give me an email and you will get a hard copy, she obviously refused this remedy. So glad I don't anticipate dealing with banks that allow this type of behavior any longer.Update: 4 days later...I got a call from the branch Monday morning willing to complete the account closure, in and out in 15 minutes. I had what was needed and and all necessary paperwork completed and my deceased family members account was now closed.”
