“I had a fantastic experience. They were so helpful with finding the sneakers that would be right for me. They spent 1:1 time with me and gave a unique experience.”
“Great place to get lacrosse sticks re-strung. Staff were very helpful helping me with my son's lax stick and where he wanted the pocket placed, very reasonable priced. Done quickly!”
“I went in last night, the owner is great! I have shot compound bow my whole life but recently got a crossbow and I knew nothing about them, he went over the bow with me showed me how to use it etc. I will be going back for future work on my compound bow and my crossbow!”
“First time gun owner here. And I have to say Larry helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. I know where to go when I’m ready for my next. Great shop!! Great service!! Thanks Larry”
“Was at store today. John who waited on me was excellent. Bought some shirts for my son in the military. I have purchased numerous products from this store . It is a hidden gem . The quality of their equipment and pricing is great.”

“There's a parking lot in the back for easy access to the store. The selection inside is well curated, the quality is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable considering the time it takes to make some.of the designs. All of the staff are chill and down to earth.”
“Best customer service experience I've had in a long time! Super friendly and helpful staff (a woman greeted us and started helping, then a male completed our order).”
“Visit the store in September in a trip that I made from Puerto Rico to York, PA and loved it even had short sizes that in PR don't have much because PR girls are short and run out fast and have to order them..”
“Good stop. Great for fishing gear. Would be better if the establishment didn't remove the hunting gear because of "wokeness"?
Good Grief??”
“Update: Updating my 1 star review here. Who says businesses don’t care about customer experiences? Well, thank you Renee for responding and really taking the time to care about my personal experience. It really does go a long way. I look forward to coming back into the store before the winter season.I decided back in late winter to pick up some ski gear and decided I'd give my business to a locally owned business. My husband and I went in looking for a specific item and ended up buying some additional things for our ski trip to Utah. The help we received was good. The problem I had was that we had specifically asked what their return policy was because we may need to return/exchange an item. I was told that it was no problem to return the items as long as it was with in 30 days with a receipt. Okay, great. I went back to return a ski jacket we purchased and was then told that there is a restocking fee for a jacket that still had the tags attached! What?! So I was charged a $40 restocking fee for a jacket that was never worn and all you have to do is put it back on a hanger?! Ridiculous. Also, I was not told that I would only receive a store credit after a certain amount of days. I spoke with the manager, Dave. Said he would talk to the owner and still to this day I have not heard anything back. I took my losses ($115 between the store credit and restock fee). I felt like he didn't care and that me taking by money elsewhere was not a big deal. Well, that is exactly what I will do. We spend about $1,000 every season on ski gear, etc and was trying to help out a local business. Do not shop here unless you are 100% positive that you won't have to return/exchange something. Terrible way to do business.”
