“Great bank to do business with, except the lobby at the 25th street branch in palmer twp , PA is extremely slow. Like very slow. And there's one teller, Peggy, has a major attitude problem. She's always doing something on her phone or eating something other then her job.She kind of acts like she's annoyed because you're there.Everyone else there is very nice and efficient.”

“I've been banking with WF for at least It's a bank, so not sure how much a "review" is worth. Had a decent experience opening a new account with my wife when we moved to Easton. The male banker that eventually helped us set up the account was very warm and professional, giving us a lay of the land including restaurants we could check out. However, while my wife and I waited for our appointed no one in the bank once asked us if we needed assistance after standing there about 15 min. It was not until I made it a point to be very conspicuous by standing right outside the glass door of the same banker while he attended to another client, then a female banker, who had seen us way before, told us we could not sit there. After that the experience got better.”
“Wells Fargo bank is the best bank I have come across..in last 5 years I never had any problem or issue with my WF bank..My branch located on Freemanberg Ave is the best branch..The entire branch is extremely courteous and cooperative.Keep up the excellent work.God bless you all.”
“I was in a pinch and need to withdrawal money - I called and spoke with Joe and Dianna. Both were friendly and attentive over the phone. Dianna assisted me within the branch. Safe to say, Dianna saved the day! I was so stressed out trying to get somethings in order. I arrived around 1230 and I was so worried it would be too late to withdrawal what I needed. But Dianna was still able to assist me and quickly. I will say, I ever enjoy having to drive 20+ minutes to get to my bank, however, the customer service makes it worth it.”

This is my second time going into this branch location, which is a little further of a drive for me than the nearest open branch (the closest branch to me closed so I had to find another branch location). I was greeted when I entered and was helped shortly after. My wait time was minimal, and the teller who worked with me was very friendly and efficient. Thank you!”
“I'm not sure why the negative reviews. I've visited this location on two separate occasions to obtain cashier's checks. This is a somewhat involved process but both times it was handled quickly and in a courteous way even though I'm an out-of-state customer.”

“I just want to say that I called several banks 15 minutes before closing and 2 out of 7 picked up the phone and one wouldn't do anything to help my unfortunate situation but the last one was wells Fargo in easton and a womans greeting voice by the name of Angel picked up and assured me she would do what she needed to to help me and to come in tomorrow and ask for her to take Care of my problem. With my Bf of ten years just passing away leaving me with 3 kids alone now its been the hardest times of my life lately with nothing working out for me and everything be so difficult it was such a wonderful feeling to know she cared enough to help me with my problem.
