“What a wonderful experience from shopping to delivery! We got a beautiful sofa, chair and ottoman. John, helped us with the sale. No pressure. We got a great deal too! The delivery was right on time, and only had a 2 hour window, so I wasn't waiting around all day. Great customer service and communication from start to finish. Something we wouldn't have gotten at a big chain. I highly recommend Monarch for all your furniture needs.”

He worked with me on how to replace the part and was patient with all my questions. The process was long due to troubleshooting. However Fred was amazing and was a friend and mentor the entire time.
