“I've only used this store to return amazon items. it seems its a huge part of their business, and it must be really difficult. the few times I've been there they have been quick and courteous. I feel so bad for them, the store is stacked with returns and outgoing all over, even outside! but they seem to handle it.there's no need to be impatient or irritated with those in the service industry. some of these reviews are ridiculous.I'll continue to use this location, I've had no issues.”

“I always ship from this UPS Hellertown Location and ALWAYS experienced efficient and friendly service! Sometimes the line is longer and not enough staff but that is not their fault. They need to hire more people but the workers there are always great!!”
