We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

“7/11 stores have always been hit or miss. It all depends on the area and so on. Occasionally you go into one that is good and have a great experience, but as far as this 7/11! This is my stop, my once-s-day. The owner and employees are awesome here! As soon as I walk through the door I'm greeted and they already know what I'm purchasing for the most part, and they'll have it ready at the counter for me before I approach the cashier. The points/reward app and account is definitely worth signing up which is basically just entering your email information. I save a ton of money everyday using it. The guys and gals that work there are great! Kid friendly, my kids walk up there after school and always come home speaking highly about the workers there. The food, and all other products are always fresh for your order. Just probably the coolest and definitely my favorite 7/11 ever.”

“The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”

“The service representative Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The service representative on the phone was uneducated and gave this man an extremely hard time. He is so well versed with his knowledge on Metro technology that he had to coach the reps on the phone regarding how to do job. He was very professional with me. It was 15 mins before closing and he worked on my phone for hours. I haven’t met a person with that sort of work ethic in any customer service experience in a very long time. I’m so impressed. He is an asset to MetroPCS and it would benefit this company to hold onto him and give the man a raise!!”
