“Excellent customer service I appreciate it the not sure if he was a manager and wish I remembered his name but he helped me change my phone plan from Xfinity to a T-Mobile customer finally yes I’m saying finally lol it’s been a while and let me know what deals ya had offer in the store and make sure I had apple care on my iPhone and even though was in their for an hour because of Xfinity I enjoyed the conversations and had us laughing and love that he mentioned the T-Mobile Tuesdays I have been waiting on and now I finally can join every Tuesday for the discount look out lol but I appreciate it so much and glad to be a T-mobile customer!!!!!”

“I had several VHS tapes converted by Mike Zimmer. He knew I needed them by Christmas and immediately started working in them He had them converted within 24 hours. They were a surprise gift for my son. He was so happy! We spent Christmas looking at it and remembering good times with family and friends. Thank you Mike! I highly recommend Zims!!”

“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. Called Tech2go - Amid was super nice, willing to help and offer a discount on the phone. Got there , got my phone fixed in 15 mins. Could ask for better service! I 100% recommend”

“7/11 stores have always been hit or miss. It all depends on the area and so on. Occasionally you go into one that is good and have a great experience, but as far as this 7/11! This is my stop, my once-s-day. The owner and employees are awesome here! As soon as I walk through the door I'm greeted and they already know what I'm purchasing for the most part, and they'll have it ready at the counter for me before I approach the cashier. The points/reward app and account is definitely worth signing up which is basically just entering your email information. I save a ton of money everyday using it. The guys and gals that work there are great! Kid friendly, my kids walk up there after school and always come home speaking highly about the workers there. The food, and all other products are always fresh for your order. Just probably the coolest and definitely my favorite 7/11 ever.”
