“I do not suggest booking appointments or services online. The dealership and the service department were both very confused and the information entered online is not relayed accurately to those completing the work. I felt bad for the service advisor, Tim, trying to figure it all out. He was extremely busy and stress was apparent with customer communication. If the dealership is tuning in and paying attention to these reviews, I’d like to make a suggestion. Take away the online service scheduling until you can get staff trained on how to use it. I would also suggest a shared receptionist with sales/service that can make the simple customer phone calls for your service dept. My vehicle was done ahead of time and a was a well done job! BUT, the service advisor was soo busy he hadn’t the chance to call and let me know. Having someone to help contact customers and screen calls would make customer experiences much better.”

“Amazing , the most excellent customer experience I’ve had in my 27 years of living. Cameron and Jeremy helped me get back on the road even with a 14 year old German engineered vehicle they still were willing to help me get my car fixed and back on the road because MOST PLACES WILL NOT GO THIS FAR TO HELP SOMEONE OUT, even I was insisting on a tow truck but they believed I could get it done and we did so thank you so much from saving me being stranded god bless, I actually could not and would not have done it if it weren’t for those absolutely awesome , elite employees and thank you so much for a literal working miracle ???”
“went in for an oil change marvin did a great job and ryan checked me out at the end. i walked in, waited 30 mins was in and out, super friendly, super supportive, marvin checked my tires and fluids for free and gave me great suggestions and advice.”
“The end result was excellent as expected but they are very busy and it took about 6 weeks to get my truck in. I really appreciated the progress updates(via text or call). Unfortunately it took a few more days to complete than was projected ( a part didn’t arrive). The people were great to work with and very helpful/efficient at scheduling rentals etc. I would definitely take my vehicles there again.”
