“Purchased a package deal. Was told after, that one vaccine needed a follow-up booster and would have to return in four weeks. That was not a problem. The problem was that I had to pay for follow-up vaccine at ala carte price. The follow-up should have been included with the original package since there was no prior notice of separate charge”

“I have been shopping at Village Pet since Brenda opened started shopping in the Hanover Township store since they closed. I work near the Luzerne store. The people that work there are incredible. They’re super nice friendly and my schnauzer absolutely loves his skinny minis. I get them all the time they’re usually always in stock. I wish people knew how bad treats are in grocery stores and other places most treats have corn wheat and soy in them, which most dogs and cats are allergic to and red dye, which is terrible. I love the fact that everything is made in the United States kudos to Village Pet, staff and owner.”

“I love Valley Dog. My dog goes to daycare, and I use boarding when I am away. Lisa and the employees care for these dogs like they would their own. My dog loves going to daycare and playing with the other dogs. They have certain play groups, dogs aren't just thrown in together. This is so much better than leaving her home alone when I go to work. My last dog had had dementia and I would not been able to take care of him myself. ..... they went above and beyond for him.”
“The employees were nice but were mostly not helpful. I lost my phone, but they didn't care. No one batted an eyeI or helped whatsoever after i just made a almost $200 purchase. Not too mention I was in there for ever beCause every single pair of boots was scoffed up.”

“We were referred to Hoof and Paw & Jeans by our Veterinarian. Our cat has been vomiting, losing weight and her coat isn't soft and shiny. We were told that there are two food Companies that are committed to helping pets stay healthy. One is Fromm, and the other is Nutri Source. Thankfully these two care about animals and aren't in it for greed, they actually have a conscious. If it weren't for our Vet and Fromm our cat wouldn't be alive. Everyone please pay attention to your Veterinarian and the makers of your fur babies food. Mars is buying animal food makers and are changing the food for profit, which in turn will harm the animals guts and wellbeing. Consult your Veterinarian about food and nutrition! The life of your fur babies depend on you. Thank you to the ladies at Hoof and Paw for helping me find a food that is safe and good for our cat. May God bless you all.”

“Have never had a bad experience my kids absolutely love to see all of the animals. The owner is very knowledgeable and priceses are definitely the best I've seen especially for a facility that has so many animals to care for. “Every time i’m here, the staff is very helpful. The other day my fiancée and i went to get a few things for our 2 new puppies. It is our first time having puppies and training them so we had a lot of questions. 3 different staff members helped us throughout the day and were all amazing. I definitely want to give a special shout out to Holly. We would be lost without her. She ensured us several times its okay to call the store and ask for her to ask any questions we may have. She even helped trim my pups nails. We will definitely be bringing our pups to her training class, she is wonderful!!”
