“We traveled 5 hours to visit family and it was a rainy day and we were looking for something to do and this is one of the coolest hardware stores we have ever set in. Doesn't matter what you need because they have everything ! Nuts bolts tires trailer hitches leaf springs screwdrivers tools headlights lamps lanterns shovels. I could go on and on and on and the people were amazing it is a bucket list visit no doubt and the picture is of a bomb they had hanging from the ceiling ! Too cool not to take a picture and they also have an alligator from Florida.”
“They usually have a pretty good stock. They seem to have enough people working most of the time, to either help out or run cash register so you don't have to wait in line.”

“Service with smiles!! It was a great day for one family business to take care of another’s needs. We purchased an end of the season commercial mower to cut our time down and needed an adjustment or two and without any hesitation this company said to bring it right down and that we did. Upon arrival they jumped right into it faster than I got it off the trailer. The shop people like a nascar moment had everything spot on as Canfield’s has for many of years! We highly recommend this business for anything from chips ahoy cookies to 110% customer service thanks so much for taking care of family businesses like ours since 1999”
“Nice place for the local HW store a fairly good selection of just about everything when I checked it out just to see what they had. A good clean place with nice helpful friendly service. A fair price if your looking for a bargain at a lower price drive into the city that will cost you more in gas and time than what they have right here and now. I'd recommend it to anyone.”
“This is just the name I use for my Google account, so the store may not recognize it if they read this review...I was there today to pick up an online order for five new interior doors, doorknobs/hardware, and a couple of other small items. Every employee who assisted my wife and I were very friendly and helpful. I spent a considerable amount of money, so it was nice to save some and also nice to have the extra help loading everything into my truck. Major kudos to the folks at Home Outlet in Olean, NY!”
