“Sebastian was a tremendous help to us today. We had to get a new phone as my husband's died. After a few drops onto concrete. We were able to get a new phone Netflix. Hulu, HBOMAX, Disney+, and ESPN+ for $20 and drop the pricing I was paying at home for each individually. Our Verizon bill wound up being less than it currently is. When I walked into the store he was very personable, patient, explained everything and was so helpful! Definitely go visit Sebastian for your Verizon needs.”
“After having a horrific experience at the location on 769 Middletown Rd, Hummelstown, PA 17036 we came to this location and was helped by Luke who was PHENOMENAL! He took the time to address EVERY concern we had and FIXED all the issues where the other location FAILED MISERABLY! We will NEVER go to that location again and the person who originally set us up there had absolutely NO clue as to what he was doing. Thankfully Luke was very knowledgeable and professional— not to mention PATIENT! I would recommend going to this location and not going to the other one. “Went in to trade in my phone and upgrade to a new one, while they didn't have the one I wanted in-store, I was helped to payoff my existing balance and have a new phone ordered that will be shipped straight to my house. I was helped almost immediately when I walked through the door and was finished withing 20-30 mins, a large portion of that time was simply waiting for the associate's tablet to boot up so they can start the transaction (not their fault at all).

“Stopped by my nearest Cricket wireless store (Mount Joy) and the MOD/client support person, T. Mohammad, was SUPERB. So helpful and personable. Turns out all the phone needed was for him to restore the program which had 'crashed' on my flip top phone (I don't want or need an Android/smartphone). He also instructed me to turn off my phone for at least 10 minutes once a week (which I never did before). BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Mohammad.”

After a two week period of back and forth to the Apple Store in Lancaster, it was finally time to activate my new phone. Having him assist me is the reason I don’t regret switching to AT&T. His attitude was positive from start to finish. He literally downloaded what I needed on my phone and answered my 300 questions with ease. This particular store is lucky to have him.
