“A huge thank you to this Verizon store and especially Russell. We needed to add a phone line to our existing account for my husband. Not only did he help us add the new phone line but helped us upgrade 2 other phones, found out that we were paying too much for certain services, and got us some rebates!
With three new phones, a new line and some add-ons we’re paying less than we were prior to our visit there. I will never, ever go anywhere else except this Verizon store!!!!”

I do not often leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received at this AT&T store that I felt compelled to share my experience. Before coming in, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and had also visited the same store the day before, yet my phone issue still had not been resolved.
Then I met Peyton. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She quickly identified the problem and resolved it in no time, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile.
People like Peyton truly make a difference. The entire atmosphere of a business changes when you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one.
I hope AT&T hires more people like her—or even promotes her to a leadership role where she can help train and inspire others. She is a tremendous asset to the company, and I am very grateful for her help.”

“As an older non tech-savvy customer and first timer with T-mobile signing up for home internet, I elected for store pickup so that I could ask all my questions. My customer service person was polite but hurried; did all sorts of things I didn't understand and added an app on my cell phone I didn't want. Once I got home, I couldn't sign in to the app and had all sorts of problems. This required an hour on the phone with their customer service (in India I believe). My advice: Take a tech-savvy person with you to walk you through the process or you'll spend a day getting the mess sorted out.”
