“My dog had cluster seizures, and two Philadelphia emergency rooms for pets turned him away because I couldn't pay. This hospital told me it doesn't matter bring them in and we'll make something work for you. I tried carecredit and I still wasn't approved but they still see my dog gave him the medicine he needs and saved his life the staff were great they even called me the next day to check on him to make sure he was doing okay and told me no matter what even if I can't pay make sure I bring him in never let an animal suffer because of unwillingness to pay. Honestly they care about the animals!! I really can't even say nothing bad about them only good reviews completely”
“The scheduling and check-in process was easy and stress-free. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. This clinic is one hour from where I live, but between the reviews and the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend”

Communication and customer service is above and beyond, the urgent care aspect is a nice option should something come up as emergencies seem to. “Had a wonderful experience. After going to another vet first, they tried to tell me surgery was the only option for my dogs ear/hematoma. I contacted Hamilton animal hospital and they gave me alternative options, which were less invasive and way more affordable. Dr. Erica was incredible. She cleaned her ears, drained the hematoma and gave her a steroid to help the healing process. The nurse, Rodney who helped keep my puppers at ease and calm through the entire procedure, was amazing! The entire office is so wonderful with animals, which sounds like a given but not all places are. They were quick and thorough, patient and kind. And my dog is now on her way to having relief from the pain. I highly recommend this business.”

“The entire staff is very attentive, patient and kind. They’re very responsive via email and phone calls. The office is clean and inviting and we’ve always been seen on time. I love that it’s a cat only place since I’m not sure how my cat would react to being near dogs in a vet office! For being a smaller practice(I.e. not a chain such as VCA etc) I figured their prices might be be higher but they really aren’t. What we’ve paid for the services received has been completely reasonable. I look forward to continuing my cats care with them for years to come.”
“Dr. Aronson came into our life by referral upon learning our lab’s terminal diagnosis. As a family with four children, the thought of losing our relatively young dog was debilitating. Dr. Aronson came to our home several times with compassion, calmness, and a clear connection to how our Nova felt. She shared this with our family; especially our children, as she cared for Nova and helped relieve her pain with massage and acupuncture while directing us to fast and easy ways to fulfill her prescriptions. She always connected with and included our kids who wanted to be a part of Nova’s care. When it came time to help Nova move on, Dr. Aronson helped create the most peaceful and loving environment. We will never be able to thank her enough for being with us and caring for all of us.”
“My dogs have been patients here for almost a decade. Nothing but good things to say. A lot of improvements and changes when the practice was handed off to the next generation (I believe our original Vets daughter took it over though not sure how many partners there are so I may be missing some details). “We rescued a 7 year old dog who was surrendered by his owners. He had been seen at another practice, and we were lucky enough to get his medical records. Within the first week he had some G.I. issues and we went to Fort Washington veterinary hospital. Because of their excellent care, we were able to determine that he had a congenital condition that had never been identified even though laboratory test suggested the problem since the time he was three years old. He is now getting the care he needs. We are indebted to our vet and this practice.”

The team at BluePearl Philadelphia took wonderful care of him before, during, and after surgery in a very loving and caring manner. “I've been coming here for 5-6 years now and regardless of the vet we've seen I've always had a really pleasant experience with all of the staff and quality of care here. I met Dr. Tori Plymouth last month and she was extremely nice and helpful. One of my dogs gets a bit nervous coming here while the other gets a bit too overexcited with happiness (as seen in the photo lol, he loves coming here), and the staff is just really great with them & working with their very different personalities. It's a bit of a drive for me but always worth it.”

“We love this office. I've been taking my pets here since 2019. They always treat my cats with such respect and kindness. I've boarded my dog here a few times and never had any issues. Their boarding prices are in line with other places I've looked at. I'm impressed that they've kept the wellness visit fees the same for a few years now. I've seen prices rise just about everywhere on just about everything. They don't charge me for nail trims during wellness checkups. I've had two "emergency" visits that they squeezed me in for. Both times nothing needed to be done at the clinic, so I wasn't charged for the visit. This place is a half hour plus drive from my house, but definitely worth it.”
