“Stopped in here to mail a 80+ cards at once. Glad I took them here first instead of dropping them in a mailbox because since they were square cards and envelopes they required additional postage.”

“I have been dealing with the staff in this location for the past four years since I moved to Lititz with my family. The staff is the best and they are very professional and very courteous.”

“Just had to make a quick stop to drop off some postcards and get some more stamps. There is always all the mailing essentials, as is expected. It is a little difficult to get into during busy traffic hours unless you are on that side of the road.”

“Each visit is great - service is fast, every staff member is always friendly, and the prices a great. Even when it feels busy inside, they’re efficient and keep things moving. I’ve lived here for 4-5 years and always used Mail Dock for shipping needs; I have never needed to go to the local post office. I’m not sure why anyone would brave the post office when the Mail Dock business exists.”

“I was very happy with my experience at this post office. It's not a place you would think to drop a review.. I had to get my grandchildren their Christmas gifts in time and Sue was able to help with friendly, kind services.”

“Best auction shipping service ever! I'm restoring a vintage Mercedes, and I was more excited than you can imagine when I found a HUGE lot of parts that fit my car at Conestoga Auctions. My only problem was - how to get them shipped to the other side of the country without losing any of these vintage treasures, without breaking, and without breaking my bank. Postal Connections in Lancaster completely saved the day for me. This was 300 pounds of parts. Many were new in box, some were old and greasy. Postal Connections picked everything up for me from the auction, packed them perfectly, and arranged the shipping . It was never going to be cheap, weighing that much, but they did a fantastic job keeping prices down and even offering multiple options to ship on a pallet by truck or through Fed Ex. I was worried about damage, but you never have to again. Not one item was broken. Not one of the original boxes even seemed dented or scratched. Not one drop of grease leaked out of the plastic wrap they used. So my point is...if they can ship me 300 lbs of mixed steel, glass, and chrome, get it here 3 days early, without a scratch, they can ship anything. Thank you to Elizabeth the owner who helped me, and anyone else on the team who did such a great job.”

“I lost my mailbox key. I went to the Lititz Post Office and informed the clerk at counter about my problem. She informed me it will cost $25 to replace lock and issue of new keys. Then, the clerk told me to wait a minute while she contacted the person responsible for changing post office mailing boxes. The clerk came back and said that my box could have a new lock in about 2 hours. I paid the $25 and my lock was replaced in 1 hour. Great service and very friendly staff.”

“Never give 5/5 especially for government runned establishedments, but the Lady that woks behind the counter is extremly nice and keeps the line going! Also, really easy for a business owner who needs reliable shipping.”

“Update! So the package finally did show up at its destination! 3 months late! It was not the shops fault it was USPS and their unreliable service lately! I apologize to Postal Connections for my previous bad review. However, it would be nice if there would be tracking available at the store for USPS to prevent future confusion. For that reason I will take USPS items to the post office directly.”

“Called in for a toner I needed to pick up for work. Sara(h) answered the phone and was very helpful. Bright and bubbley, and quick to check if the product I needed was in stock. Excellent experience just because of this employee.”

“Every year, like so many other teachers in our community, I go to stores like Staples to buy school supplies for students who may otherwise not have what they need for the upcoming school year. For the last two years now, the manager at this location has gone above and beyond to help me! He showed me how to download and navigate the Rewards program, all of the coupons, and the best deals, so I would be able to buy the most for these students. He was amazingly thoughtful, patient, and genuinely wanted to be helpful. It's people like him that help make a difference. I definitely recommend shopping at this store!”

“Here's a picture of Joseph P Miller's "Stage" in 1906 or 1907 in front of the Hopeland post office. You can barely see the word Hopeland on the side of his carriage. He hauled the mail until 1909 between Hopeland and Ephrata.”

“They packed a piece of furniture (along with numerous smaller items) for us and shipped it over halfway across the country. It arrived in perfect condition! The driver said it was an excellent job of securing it. It was nice to see somebody treating our family heirloom as their own. Highly recommended.”

“I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”
