“I believed home decor I ordered was shipped all at once. I received one item out of five. I thought the other packages may have been overlooked accidentally. I didn't realize that the items were shipped separately. I received the other packages today, only after I filled out a missing package form with the post office at 8:30 PM last night. To my surpriseI received a call at 9:00 AM today from Bill who is with the Glenmoore branch USPS to see what he can do to help. I could not believe I was contacted that quickly and with such Professionalism by Bill. He explained everything to me on tracking numbers and shipping which I didn't understand before. Our USPS in Glenmoore along with my Postal carriers are the absolute Best.”

“I don't hate the place, and the people there are nice. However, I was expecting 3 packages, one of which I was expecting on my porch. The carrier shoved the larger package in my mailbox, as well as a second one, he left with the third and (i'm assuming) later came back to deliver it to my mailbox after knowing he stuffed it full. Instead of putting it on my porch, he labelled it as "No Access to Delivery Location". Pure laziness on his part, really. But the lady inside was relatively nice and even offered to deliver the package on her way home. I can appreciate their willingness to help me, this is really the only time I've ever had an issue with the place.”
