“While we don’t normally take the time to submit reviews, we felt that we had to recognize Amy at JM Beatty Furniture. We have been looking for a sectional for our living room. Of course, we went to the local, well advertised stores to get some ideas. We had our measurements and pretty much knew what we wanted. While some sales reps were helpful and others questioned our choices we found that some were too big, not available with the options that we want or just poor quality. We initially avoided JM Beatty because it’s about one hour and forty minutes one way but decided to make the trip anyway. Trust me. It was worth it. When we walked in, the first thing that we noticed was the huge selection. Amy came out and greeted us. She was very friendly, listened to our needs and showed us what was available. She was very knowledgeable, discussed each model and described the features and options available. Then she gave us our space to browse and talk by ourselves. No pressure, which we appreciated. She worked up the prices for a couple pieces that we were interested in and understood that we were going to take some time to think about it. After a day or so we were still undecided and that’s when Amy reached out to us. Of all the places that we went to, she’s the only one that took the time to get back to us. She mentioned a model that wasn’t available when we visited the store, but told us where we could see it locally to save another trip. It actually turned out to be everything that we were looking for. She was able to work out a price , which bettered any competitor's price . Believe me it is worth the trip to go to JM Beatty and work with Amy . Even though we have not received our furniture , waiting on deliver , we wanted to recognize Amy .”
