“My dad has been a long time customer with Dan and Jim and needless to say, I understand why as they came through in the clutch. They listened to my issue, told me to bring it in as it was most likely fixable (I was about to throw away my higher end Sony from 4 years ago). Full transparency, they charge a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem (in the realm of $59) and if they can fix the issue, they subtract that from the total. I understand why they do this and think it is a fair practice. They ordered the part and we were off and running a few weeks later (length of time due to it being over Christmas). Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and honest family run business.”

“Came into the mobile on MacArthur rd with a question about my account. A gentleman by the name of Christiab Helped us. He answered our questions so we'll we would up doing an upgrade with him. He went over everything in full detail and transferred everything I thought I was going to loose. He went above and beyond and even gave us his personal number and told us we can reach out to him anytime. No other rep has given us attention like this. “The thing I dislike most about living in Quakertown are the grocery stores. I could write a whole essay about how poorly this community is being served by its grocery stores. With that in mind I have learned to find some impressive deals from Target. Two years ago I bought nearly 0% of my groceries at Target. Now I'm up to nearly 50% of my groceries here. Get the Target red card and read the weekly email. Anyone serious about paying fair prices should be doing this. I am becoming increasingly critical of grocery stores and other big box store optiions, but Target deserves some credit for the value they are providing.”

“I worked there for 7 years, and was legitimately terminated for my own issues. So I think this 5-star review carries additional weight. They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. Tony assisted me almost immediately , he was very knowledgeable about the product and easily answered my questions as I was double checking what I had read on the Internet.
