They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”
“Words can't express the gratitude I have for the geek squad at Quakertown Pa Best Buy. The screen of my phone broke. I have TMobile and got a new phone, but they couldn't transfer all my contacts and no pictures transferred. There was nothing they could do because I didn't upload files to Google! I was devastated! I decided to try the Geek Squad. They were able to transfer everything! Such a relief! It was only $40, which was well worth retrieving all those memories!”
“Oh boy, what can I say about this Best Buy location. I'll start by beginning with the fact that I am biased as I love Best Buy and I even use to work there a decade ago. However, this location has some of the nicest employees and best customer service I've come across. I don't even hesitate when deciding where to shop for my electronics or electronic related items. Also, if the price isn't as good as another store, just like all Best Buy locations, THEY'LL PRICE MATCH IT!! And don't forget to sign up as a rewards member, IT'S FREE!!”
“I just have to share the amazing experience I had buying a TV and sound bar at this store recently. Shoutout to Joe Rubin, the outstanding sales representative who helped answer all of my questions in a clear, informative, easy to understand way. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I did not feel pressured by him, and he took his time with us. He helped us every step of the way and was so personable. I also had a great experience with KJ who checked us out and scheduled the mounting and delivery. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such friendly service. I would shop here purely because the talented, knowledgable, and friendly staff I encountered.”
“Michael was incredibly kind and patient with me today. I was having an off day, had my toddler with me, and was trying to purchase a new phone when my card declined several times. While this women seemed frustrated cus she was waiting on Michael after he told her a 20 min wait, Michael never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. He was supportive, and helped me work through the issue until the transaction went through.
Michael had to go to lunch and introduced me to Felix they both reminded me of something important. Shoutout to Apple for these incredible men.
