“I am brand new to archery hunting and I can’t say enough about this place. Rusty and Diane are extremely kind and patient people who made sure I have the foundation I need to start hunting safely. Rusty spent an hour with me where he gave me incredible instruction and basic shooting knowledge that every archery hunter needs to possess. I will keep coming back here and recommend them to everyone!”
“I apologize for the lengthy review but I feel it is important for potential customers to know some of this, especially ones who may have issues finding proper fit or are hesitant about spending this kind of money on a pair of shoes. For the those concerned about the latter, don't look away from this place because you see the same brand names on amazon for less, there is a huge difference that you have to wear them to understand. I walked in yesterday to browse for a new pair of good sneakers for walking and working out, and ones that would fit properly. I have been guessing at my size for the past couple of years not knowing what it truly was anymore (combination of getting older and losing 185lbs. since 2020). I was approached as soon as I walked in which is something that usually bothers me, but I had to remind myself that I wasn't at Dick's or Kohl's shopping and that I was actually there for that reason, I needed someone that knew what they were doing to get me in the right sneaker. The young man was very welcoming and I was impressed with not only his knowledge of measuring for the right size shoe, but actually knowing the shoes they had in stock and what benefits would come from each different one. I never even looked at the displays, he brought out a couple options that fell into where my sizing falls (on the border of needing 2E or 4E). The 4E felt a little too big but the 2E felt slightly too snug on my right foot. Then he mentioned how they have a pair of Asics in stock that are 2E but with a thinner tongue that may find that sweet spot in between the 2E and 4E of the Brooks I was trying (part of what impressed me about his knowledge that he would know that little of a detail about a specific model shoe and how it could help in this situation). He was correct, they fit perfectly and were very nice to have this morning at the gym. The staff is this well versed in the details of the products that they stock, and beyond stock as he mentioned other options he could order in for me that would fit well now that we knew what fit well. I was happy with his help and was happy to walk out with the pair that we worked with. Keep it up young man, as a trade business owner myself, it is great to see a young man like yourself that cares that much about your job at your age to know the specific details of the products you are working with. Having that much attention to detail with what you are working with will serve you well in the future. Thank you again and I will definitely be back when it's time for a new pair.”
“I had a GREAT experience at Aardvark buying new running shoes yesterday. I haven’t been running in years so very behind on current gear. Isabelle was fantastic to work with. She guided me through a fitting process which included a digital scan of my feet and stride. She was very patient and helpful in the selection process for my new shoes. The store itself is clean, well organized and very inviting. A staple in Bethlehem for years now and it’s easy to see why! All smiles and friendly greetings the moment you walk through the door and great attitudes that carry through the entire experience! Thanks again to Isabelle and the entire Aardvark team!”
“I love coming into Disc Insanity ! They are so knowledgeable and friendly. It makes the buying and shopping experience so easy especially if you’re new to the sport and don’t know what you’re doing. lol. Jeff ( the owner ) Is a great man and very helpful! He’ll give you great recommendations Depending on where you’re at and your experience difficulty. Five out of five star!!! Must visit !!!”
“I had a great experience with Allentown Tables. Mike and Barb were great in answering all my questions. This is my first pool table and they walked me through everything. Mike explained all the differences and point me in the right direction. Mike and Adam installed me table yesterday and it looks great!”
“Action Wheels is the best bike shop in the Lehigh Valley - actually, I’d go as far as saying it’s the best bike shop in the world! I recently had an issue with my wheel that turned out to be a much bigger deal than I initially thought. The guys at Action Wheels went above and beyond to help me navigate the warranty process and got me back on the road in record time. I’ve also purchased my wife’s bike from them, and once again, the service was excellent. Scott, Jake, and Scott are some of the nicest guys around. They’re knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. Great shop, great service, and great people! I’m lucky to have Action Wheels in my area and will absolutely be a customer for life. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike shop!”
“I am new to the hobby, and John went out of his way to find me some obscure cards of retired players who I want to personally collect. The shop itself is exciting to visit, with a variety of different cards and memorabilia to buy or just admire. It is a great source for Phillies cards. Parking is abundant.”
“What a great place to go. Good prices on their fishing poles. I don't do archery but I would find it hard to believe if anyone found an issue with that. Guys that work their are super nice. I recommend highly to go there.”
“We have been using D&J sports for years now for all of my son’s swim needs and equipment. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable at D&J. We will be sure to continue to use them for all our swim our needs.”
“Prices are great and the staff are amazing. I picked up new shoes for all my kids! The only thing was selection of item's. Though the place is clean and organized I just wish the store was a little bigger with more to offer besides that a wonderful place for shoe shopping.”
“Sports Center USA offers a fun and active experience with a variety of sports and recreational activities. From indoor courts to arcade games, it's perfect for all ages looking for entertainment and exercise.”
“Bill and staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing and installation of my pool table. David did an especially nice job with the installation. Honest, reliable efficient and accommodating. Great job!”
“Honestly, I wanted to love it. My sales associate was fabulous. Unfortunately, they only make bras for the bitty boobies. I need a bra that is capable of holding two cantaloupes while running. They had a wide variety of other clothes that were all great, tho.”
“For the novice pool or hot tub owners they help you figure out what you need or send someone out to check your pools. They have everything you could need whether it be chemicals, parts, tools, materials, or the full product. You pay for their experience and proficiency.”
“This confidence and trust has been what I have craved for in an expert trader for years now and I am so happy to finally get all this from you Mrs Taisha Carson for you have proven all what I have heard about you is the true, by investing $1000 with Mrs Taisha Carson made $12,200, it not the profit alone I am glad about but the instant withdrawal into my bank account, I am forever grateful and will tell the world about you, get in touch with Taisha on”
“So grateful to have such an affordable option to designing and ordering school apparel. Our student government association at Liberty used Sports Corner and were very impressed with the final product! Thank you, Tom! :-)”
“I love Rally House!!! Everything is well priced, in stock, and the staff is super friendly. I thoroughly enjoy walking around the store finding new shirts, hoodies, jerseys, and hats! Rally House is my favorite store of all time!!”
“Good selection for the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs team. Most of the clothes made by Majestic, so it's great quality. The prices are what you expect at a ballpark.”
“Purchased a Cal Spa hot tub from Pelican, and love it. Price was right and they delivered earlier than originally quoted. No waiting like the other local places. We did have an issue with the blower 2 times, and both times they’re sent their tech out to research and repair the tub at no cost to us. One the second trip, he made an alteration to the system, and we haven’t had a problem since.”
“Excellent staff very informative and knowledgeable on sneakers. Will treat you like family. Please don't punish them for the late shipments. They work hard to keep you happy from manager to regular employees.”
“Wish they had better kids selection. Prices are high. Service is ok. Employees are always at the register. Adult sizing runs are well stocked. Kids size runs are not great.”
“Excellent experience. Had a very small rush order, nothing complicated. The owner took time out of his day to make my order quick and fast. To be clear, he didn’t have to. It does take time to actually make these T-shirts. Our window of time just clashed with the ability to get that done. He didn’t care; His focus was helping me out. Just goes to show you why these hometown staple businesses, that are still alive and thriving, need our support to continue. I will be back. Thanks again!!!!!! (FYI, Any of you 70s and 80s babies want a little bit of nostalgia? He has an old-school Coke machine that’s still fully functional. Yes, It will definitely take you back)”
“I shop here regularly, for various reasons. The store manager, Donna, and her staff are very accommodating. They are also very friendly, super helpful/ knowledgeable of the merchandise & always eager to help. I am greeted each visit with a warm welcome. The store is always clean & nice, the shoe selection is broad. I never have left here without purchasing something for myself or my family. Thank you to all the staff who work here & make this store so pleasant to shop at! Keep up the good work.”
“Great service! Great prices! And affordable. As i read some of these negative reviews. I'm surprised, and upset that these people feel entitled to be waited on hand and foot. I've always feel welcomed. You will get help if you require any. Just ask! It's a laid back atmosphere. No pressure, no commission. I'm not sure what you expect! Get over yourself and find a pair of shoes. It's quite simple. Lol.”
“I had a wonderful experience at this location in Bethlehem. I believe the young lady's named was Shayla or Shyla. She's was extremely helpful and kind. She was so patient with us. I came with my two sons who choose to be super indecisive that day however, Shyla did not bat an eye once or show any signs of annoyance even though they changed their minds and got the wrong size shoe several times. Shyla walked back and forth to sneaker room 7 times (I counted)! Each time she tried to be more and more helpful and never once gave an attitude or made us feel uncomfortable! Sorry but NOT sorry most people her age would of definitely been huffing and puffing sucking their teeth but Shyla did not. She displayed a level of professionalism that not only is rare for people her age , but rare in general period! We are fairly new in this town and it is refreshing to find a sneaker store for my teenage boys that they liked and that treat us well! Kudos to DTLR for not only having a wide collection for us customers to choose from, but also staff like Shyla that made it so we definitely will need back to shop at DTLR in Bethlehem! Shyla thank you I hope I am spelling your name correctly ??♀️ you were amazing! Happy Mother & Customer!¡”
“Store is very clean and organized at this location. If you’re lucky enough you will meet their Educator Natasha here, she is such a bright ray of a personality. She always greets me by name when I come in and has gone above and beyond many times to help me find exactly what I’m looking for!”
“Had a great experience at this Dick Sporting Goods location, huge shoutout to Jake who was able to assist me in the best way possible. I was in need of a good well priced Slow pitch softball glove and unfortunately they didn’t have any left hand throwing 13-14” gloves available. Jake was patient and attentive in helping me solve my dilema. Jake went online and gave me option based on my preferences and ultimately found me a glove available in stock and was able to set up a delivery right to my home within the week. Shoutout to Jake keep up the great work and customer service skills!”
