“I’ve been taking my 2 dogs to see this vet for almost 7 years now. 1 dog loves going to the vet, other dogs, and people. Vet visits have always been a breeze with my first dog. My 2nd dog however, does not get along with strangers (specifically men) or dogs he does not know. It’s very stressful at times to have a dog that isn’t always friendly but Dr Anzur and his staff are so wonderful, patient, and supportive. I always feel nervous about appointments and then leave feeling silly because it went so smoothly. I truly am so thankful to have found such a great vets office with staff who really care.”

“Wonderful care for my dog. Great Doctor and staff. Wish I knew about them years ago. They are half the cost of her previous vet which allows me to continue caring for my furbaby. Scheduled dental with them because they were $1,000 less than her previous vet.

“I have had many animals treated at Gettysburg.Animal clinic and they all have been so kind for every situation. From having a dog emergency early in the morning to them being able to treat my dog Finn in that morning even before hours.Was amazing and so kind, They are very caring even when we had a rainbow visit.
And treated all of our pets warmly. Currently , we have new kitten that was found by my daughter on a roadway and she was able to have them check it that very day for diseases and overall health, and our orange kitten, Josey Wales has nothing but nice things to say about the office as well. I recommend this animal hospital because they care and they do what they can to accommodate every situation.”

“I would HIGHLY recommend Cove Mountain Animal Hospital!
My dog was suffering for months under the misdiagnosis of our former vet. Her abdomen was swelling, she would not stop drinking, was incontinent, and had multiple seizures.
On our first visit to Cove Mountain Dr. Wilson mentioned Cushing’s Disease (a term never mentioned by the former vet) and recommended testing, which returned a clear and indisputable positive diagnosis. Two daily medicines were prescribed and administered to my dog and she has not had a documented seizure in over six weeks while being more enthusiastic about life than she has been in years. I am so grateful for the help my dog received!”

“I can not speak highly enough about Animal Hospital of Rye. I would recommend them over and over again. We drove from Buffalo, NY to get a CT scan for our dog, since the waiting lists in Buffalo, and the prices, were astronomical. From my first phone call with Rye, I knew they were good hearted people who are in animal care for the right reasons. Every person I spoke to on the phone was SO kind, thoughtful, and understanding. It was very easy to get through to schedule, no run around. They were able to schedule us a week out (which was quick compared to what I’d found), but since it was urgent, I was put on a waiting list and they called me back to get me in two days later. I drove down with my dog and stayed overnight in a hotel and then went to rye first thing in the morning. We had a consult with the Dr (who was amazing) and left our dog Rocko for the day for his scans. They called me just over an hour later that he was finished already! He is 12, so sedation scares me, but they did not over sedate him and he was jumping around (and making quite the ruckus for them ) when we came to pick him up. The doctors and staff are AMAZING. They have also sent his reports over to multiple referrals for us, which I know can be time consuming, but have never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The only issue I have with this place, is that every other Vet isn’t just like them! THANK YOU to the team at Animal Hospital of Rye. For making a very tough situation, so much easier for us.”

The entire staff treated our pup and us with respect and kindness throughout the entire process, from making the appointment to her final moments.

“Great staff! They are so kind & very knowledgeable. The facility has a lot of upgrades, like ultrasounds. We had some traumatic issues & empathy was abundant with each staff member.
They were willing to come out to our car to check out our furbaby so we didn't have to go into the facility.
Only thing which is a non starter, are higher prices. Wish they were lower, but thats how it goes.”

A nurse, I believe her name was mrs maggie, spent so much time with her to make her feel comfortable. Dr Richards was kind and made pig feel so at home for this visit. I highly recommend this clinic, it felt like a family and my dog will be coming back!”
“The vet and technician were exceptionally, gentle, patient, and kind to my very nervous cats. The appointments were on time and completed efficiently and professionally. Two helpers checked us in and gathered necessary details, no time wasted. The clinic was set up in a very quiet corner of the store which calmed my cats, and the visit was fairly priced. I will definitely use Vetco for all of my pets’ vaccinations.”

“My wife has been fostering kittens for a couple years now. We have been lucky with our foster kittens, but this morning one of our new foster kittens was near death. Our adult cats are seen regularly at Winding Hill, so that was our first call. They were so understanding and gracious, and asked us to bring the kitten in right away. They were able to see the kitten immediately and treated her with such care and dignity. Even though the kitten could not be saved, the staff and doctor were thorough and provided the best care possible under the circumstances. And they did not make this visit a financial burden for us either. Top notch care without charging us an arm and a leg - GREAT veterinary practice in Mechanicsburg!”

“I've had nothing but amazing experiences with the entire staff of Banfield Mechanicsburg specifically. I can’t speak to other locations. But I’m on a low budget and my cats are never forced any unnecessary testing, etc that breaks the bank. They are aware that when you say no thank you to let it go which a lot of vets now a days really don’t and it becomes very uncomfortable. My cat had dental surgery and they actually saved me some money by not having to take some teeth out and were able to cut some costs where appropriate for things they quoted me that didn’t turn out to be necessary which I was really pleased with. Overall when I call with questions I’m always given help not just at appointments and the staff ALWAYS returns calls if they say they will. I do wish the vet was more accessible for questions instead of questions being funneled through the vet tech on appts but really its not a big deal, it works, but if I had to critique that’d be the only change I’d make. I will keep coming back to Banfield, and drive further just to go to Mechanicsburg bc of the staff ”
“This place is awesome. When my elderly chihuahua/terrier mix had a cracked infected tooth and needed a dental cleaning, Healing Creatures fixed me up. Every interaction was positive, the surgeon was wonderful, and my dog got a new lease on life. I love the holistic approach and how they don't push medical treatments I don't want or need.”
