I had issues with my on line account and Jenn and Fabriola, helped me as best they could with my issue. I actually went to he Cloister bank and Amanda took time out of her day and resolved my problem. She was professional as well as patient and I am so grateful and appreciative for her service. My husband and I are very happy with your bank and all your staff. Thank you ?”

“Had fraud, the woman on the phone set my appointment for the following day instead of same day as indicated. Suzanne Ratcliffe clarified the issue but still helped me out as I was there waiting for 30 minutes and apologized for my wait. She was thorough and extremely kind. Set me up with a better account for myself without incurring any additional charges. Will ask for her for any help in the future.”

“I've been treated exceptionally well from day 1 at this branch. I had accounts at Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union, TD and Bank of America. They could all learn from this institution. I've closed the LRRCU and TD accounts so far as their charges and poor customer service became too much for me. If you have a problem dealing with this bank, you'll find you'll also have the same problems/issues elsewhere.”
