“We have been looking for e bike’s for my wife and myself. We visited many bike shops and even shopped online ending up with more questions than answers. I called Martin’s and spoke with Eric. He took the time to understand what type of riding we will do and made some recommendations for us. We decided to purchase the Aventon Adventure M and Level 4. Martin’s is just over an hour drive and it was worth the trip. The showroom is stocked with every bike and accessory you can imagine and the service area was the largest I have ever seen. Eric helped us pick out some essentials to accessorize the bikes and had them installed as we shopped. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and there was no pressure to buy anything. Awesome experience and we have found our bike shop! Thank you Eric for all your help. I highly recommend Martins for your new (or used) bike or bike repair. Make the trip to Martins you will not be disappointed!”

Adjusted them, even changed some configurations on them to ensure I had the right fit and feel. Not once did they make me feel pressured to buy one. “They have what you need, and will gladly install anything for you. I made the mistake of going to trek for some brake pads. They literally left me without brakes in a downpour. I've walked in with an emergency flat, they took the time to make sure it was fixed, and I was on my way. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!”

“As a dad, I was extremely skeptical from the start. My son found E-Bike Guys of PA through a Facebook ad, and I'll admit I don't trust many online businesses. The team completely understood my concerns and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had, and even set up secure payment methods to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Their patience and professionalism really earned my trust. Unfortunately, the bike developed an electrical issue after we got it. While that was frustrating, it was covered under warranty. The warranty process did require some hands-on troubleshooting on my end, such as taking a few things apart and checking components to help diagnose the problem. Once it was clear the bike needed to be replaced, E-Bike Guys of PA went above and beyond. Instead of making us jump through more hoops, they actually drove out to meet us and exchanged the bike for a brand-new one at absolutely no cost to our family. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. No product is perfect, and sometimes things break. What really matters is how a company stands behind what they sell. Based on my experience, E-Bike Guys of PA stands behind their customers, treats people with respect, and genuinely wants to make things right.
