Electronics repair near Ephrata, PA

“Years ago I had a laptop screen repaired and at one point a tablet screen. They were always friendly, always had a quick turn around time, and their prices were always reasonable! About a year ago our PS5 just randomly stopped working and my first call was here because we've always had a good experience and again their prices are always fair. We brought it in and they were able to quickly find the problem, order the parts, and get it fixed. When we picked it up they gave us advice on how the issue occured and how to prevent it from happening again. Last week my son's dad attempted to pull his tablet out of his case and instead of pulling on the case, he pulled on the tablet itself and cracked the casing on the back of it. I of course called Mentzer immediately to find out if they could help and as usual he quickly returned my call and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. When I took the tablet into him he told me because it was just the casing that cracked it wasn't worth spending the amount of money it would cost to replace that as everything works fine and the screen was undamaged. He told me he could seal the crack for me because I was worried about my son getting food or liquid in it or even dust getting in the crack, and I was extremely grateful for that! The same tablet my son has is currently on sale but my son has autism and replacing it when everything was still working was not an option, if you know you know. Anyway I have recommended Mentzer to anyone who was looking for a repair service over the years and we continue to use them for all of those needs ourselves because they are quick to return calls, will answer any questions you have to the best of their ability, they are friendly and reliable, and they are HONEST, they aren't looking to break your pocket so their prices are always fair and they will tell you if something is worth fixing or if your just going to waste money doing it! We will continue to use them whenever the need arises and I will continue to recommend them whenever someone asks if I know of a place, but wanted to post a review as well because word of mouth only goes so far! Just updating my review to say that I still stand by what I originally said, and we had yet another amazing experience today! We were having issues with my daughters iphone, I called yesterday left a message and Tim returned my call the same day, took it in today and dropped it off around noon and by 3pm he was calling for us to come pick it up and its good as new! I will never go anywhere else for repairs on electronics unless its something they cant do or they are no longer there!”
