“This was my second time using UBreakIFix and the service has been exceptional each time! My appointment was at 3 PM. When I arrived they were ready for me. The person who greeted me and did the intake was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the repair and what the exact cost would be to repair it. He also checked with the techs to make sure they could promise same day service. I was promised it would be repaired by 6:30 PM. I arrived at 6:15 and it was ready as promised. My phone looks just like the day it arrived new. The person who handled my pick up was as friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as the person who did the intake in the morning. No one would ever know I had a screen repair. Kudos to the staff at this location. I highly recommend.”
