My wife never had a pair of Hoka...but I have have plenty and always promoted her to get a pair and your own them the rest of your life in multiple pairs. Her sister was with us and she never had a pair either and she got a pair too. They both were very pleased! and me as well on the fantastic service upon walking in to leaving. AVA the sales person was very nice, plesent, knew her trade! and explained in depth the different styles and purposes of each shoe we all looked at and she made multiple trips to get them and show us and we were very pleased with her demeanor and thank you AVA.”
“I'm not sure how to rate this. The online store is horrible. The retail staff is great. I waited 20 days for an item they didn't even have. I called the internet customer service line repeatedly and waited on hold for 25-35 minutes repeatedly. The retail staff answered on the second ring and issue a refund in 15minutes. DON'T USE THE WEBSITE!!!”
