“The owner of the location helped me pick up my rental. It was after hours and the shop was closed, but he still took the time to help me. This was very helpful to me because I was in an unfamiliar location and had never used the self service pick up.”

“I'm not sure who the guy was who helped me last week, they were all awesome but one guy was super helpful! I went in to get boxes to make a staircase slide for my kids, the boxes wouldn't fit into my car (of course) and he stood outside in the freezing cold weather getting them into my trunk and using rope to tie it down so I could get home with them! He had a great attitude and unfortunately in any type of costumer service that's hard to find anymore! Also the staircase slide was a hit, we had extra boxes (too many ?) and also built cardboard forts, 3 of them lol.”
