“They are so quick to get you. Signed up the application process was very quick. Very painless, they are 100% transparent with you. About everything they go over everything. They explain everything if you didn't get something explained to you. You just weren't paying attention, they're that good. They give you a map to the facility leading you directly to your storage unit. It there. There's plenty of car space or car and trailer space or u hall or whatever your mode of transportation is there's plenty of room to maneuver around in there space to load and unload your stuff. My unit, I got an 8 / 20. It is way bigger than I expected it to be just all the way around.They're just great.I recommend them to anybody and everybody.I will never go back to the competitors storage anymore.”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly, made sure we had what we needed, and asked if we had any questions before we left.
The pickup process was quick and smooth — we got in, got the truck, and were on our way with no issues. Returning the truck was just as easy. They gathered the information, took the keys, and had us out the door in just a couple of minutes.

“I am the owner of the ministorage and my name is Seth Tuttle. The previous post was posted by a customer who lost her case in court. She did not pay her rent and she took us to court and claimed we never tried to contact her. In the hearing we produced phone records that proved we had attepted to reach her over 20 times and left messages (the time for each call was posted and we recorded the messages). The case was thrown out of court. She omits those facts and presents false claims againt us. Notice she leaves no contact information and while in court she could not prove that she was able to pay her rent. This is a well run business that has been in existance over 30 years. While I feel sorry for her there is not any way we can store belongings for free. Obviously a case of sour grapes.”
“Safe & secure. Never any issues & I do forget to pay monthly rent every now & then, they send a reminder, I go & pay no problem. It's no different than renting an apartment, pay your rent & you do not get evicted or RED locked...”

“They never seem to have the trucks I want to rent in Harborcreek I have to go to another U-Haul to pick one up. Which causes a problem because my storage unit is at Harborcreek U-Haul so Im charged per mile from where I had to pick up the truck to Harborcreek U-Haul I have to pay those miles
And the storage unit cost seem to go up every 6 months to a year for no reason”

Today I was screwed around by my tool delivery and had to give back the truck after using it only 20 minutes compared to the planned 5 hours I reserved it for. Huge thank you to Andres deLeon who graciously understood my frustration and helped by refunding my reservation. Wish all stores were like this.”

“I have rented storage units with different companies at multiple locations on the West Coast for personal use and business use over the years but this is hands down the nicest unit I have rented. It is very new, clean, well lit, temperature controlled and thoughtfully designed with access to the units inside the building via driving right inside or by the front door. The building is very secure with access codes that only allow entry into the building via the front door or the garage door/driveway. There are also cameras at all exterior entry/exit points and throughout the inside halls. The staff who work here are also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. You cannot go wrong with storing your belongings at this Erie, PA facility.”
