“Love Lowes!! I bought a very expensive air conditioner and had it shipped next day to my house. The delivery driver (third party service) dropped it and rolled it end over end to my front door. I was so upset. I called Lowes and spoke to an angel named Todd. He took care of everything. He sent out a new one with a great delivery driver and had the old one picked up.
