“I went in for a mini oxygen and acetylene setup. Brian greeted me from the minute I walked in. He took the time to help me decide the best option for my hvac business. I also had questions on a gas powered welder. Brian was able to answer all my questions and then some. I ended up purchasing the tanks and when I am ready for the welder I will def be back to see Brian. Overall a fantastic experience.”

“I usually like Harbor Freight but this time I bought a Warrior bench top table saw and when I got it home and unpacked it, it was damaged even though there was no damage to the box that I could tell. So I'm gonna have to return it and try another one.”
“Love Lowes!! I bought a very expensive air conditioner and had it shipped next day to my house. The delivery driver (third party service) dropped it and rolled it end over end to my front door. I was so upset. I called Lowes and spoke to an angel named Todd. He took care of everything. He sent out a new one with a great delivery driver and had the old one picked up. This is what customer service used to be and should be. Thank you so much Todd and the other Lowes staff!! You guys made a stressful moment into a feel good moment!”
