“I wasn’t even coming here to shop, I was just here to meet with a Facebook marketplace seller, and needed to use the bathroom as I was waiting for him to arrive. I went in and asked, and this one employee who vaguely looked like Jordan Felix let me use the employee bathroom as there was no public one. Very kind and helpful of him. Five stars and I would definitely recommend this store as everyone asks if you need help and it’s a very safe atmosphere with three big strong guys at the entrance.”

“Second time dealing with this place. I would most definitely recommend. Brian at the front counter is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very very helpful. Im working on snowblowers and they have many parts in stock. I can't say enough good about this place. If you're a do it yourself kinda person this is the place for parts. I would highly recommend Cutters Choice. Keep up the good work and I'll steer people in your direction.”

“I went in for a mini oxygen and acetylene setup. Brian greeted me from the minute I walked in. He took the time to help me decide the best option for my hvac business. I also had questions on a gas powered welder. Brian was able to answer all my questions and then some. I ended up purchasing the tanks and when I am ready for the welder I will def be back to see Brian. Overall a fantastic experience.”

“Love Lowes!! I bought a very expensive air conditioner and had it shipped next day to my house. The delivery driver (third party service) dropped it and rolled it end over end to my front door. I was so upset. I called Lowes and spoke to an angel named Todd. He took care of everything. He sent out a new one with a great delivery driver and had the old one picked up. This is what customer service used to be and should be. Thank you so much Todd and the other Lowes staff!! You guys made a stressful moment into a feel good moment!”
