The ATM is always out at several locations could not pay the bill through the drive through. They would not accept my card because the front lobby closed, even with an ID and card. So happy we no longer use this bank. It has been going down hill over the past years. Closed our account in 2024. Just received our Interest Income Form from them today, February 12th. Two days after we filed our taxes. Never on time with anything. Was legally supposed to be here by January 31st.

Horrible service. And the rude teller had horrendous hair. She's obviously the one keeping Aqua-Net in business.
