The staff clearly cares about the animals in their care- and are always knowledge and eager to answer any questions I have. They’re always so invested in making sure I find what I need or at the very least they get my name and number written down so I don’t have to worry about checking in constantly to check if they have specific things in stock!
The staff all feels like one big family, and when you’re in the store it feels like you’re just part of the family. The staff have pets of their own that are often hanging around in the store, the girls at the front counter are always sweet and willing to listen and chat or offer suggestions and advice, everyone always seems happy to be there and help. Theyll help you set up a whole terrarium if you want, or leave you to shop by yourself. It all gives the store a very comforting and pleasant atmosphere that’s completely gone in most chain stores!!

Any food item purchased has always been very healthy. My dog Mazy and I frequent their dog park. Her favorite thing in life is to play with Cleo, and the many other dogs that love to enjoy their dog park. I cannot reccomend Mark and his staff enough.

I've had dogs all my life pretty much and have been to many different vets. I keep bringing my furry family here because the doc is the best around. I've been to to many over the years that want to sugarcoat the diagnosis where this doc gets straight to business. Yeah sometimes they get jammed up and you wait a little longer but thats not always a bad sign usually thats the sign of not rushing through patients just to make another dollar. I know I have waited hours past my appointment time before to see one of my Dr's but I know he's one of the best so I just wait. Just like here wait patiently and in the end you'll be taken care of better than anywhere else. Our family is very thankful to have found a place like this and a special thanks from Bandit, Bella, Smokey and Titan!

The cook however saved the day offering the last two cinnamon rolls, sides of bacon, and sausage gravy biscuits to share. The sausage gravy wasn’t my taste hence my four star on that. Everything else including coffee was amazing!!!! Thank you, we will make the drive back!!

Yuca ball was AMAZING, although I thought it'd be more than one per order (although the one ball was LARGE). The meat was super tender and well seasoned. The rice was a bit dry but that's likely because it was later in the day. I'd definitely come back though! Overall great place to try if you haven't already

The staff seems pretty calm and chill. Plenty of seating available and can get quite packed later in the day, as any good coffee establishment would be.
I would recommend the cortado and the coffee cake! Coffee cake is delicious. Thanks to the staff for delivering consistently great food and service!

Black Monk Brewery
3721 W 12th St, ErieThis is fun brewery that leans hard into the trapist beer styles. You like Belgians then this is your spot! There are also lots of high ABV options in various styles.
For the non beer folks they have slushies and mixed drinks using local spirits. No food unfortunately but there's a pizza joint in the front of the building now which helps.
The outdoor area is also fun if you don't want to be inside especially since it gets a tad loud in the cider block tap room. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for solid craft beers in Erie.
