“Always a pleasant experience. Known about this place for years since I bought property up here. Not the fresh water cichlid shop it once was. Alot of distributors were affected during covid and have opted to sell their stocks exclusively online. The wife (one of the owners) is always pleasant and very knowledgeable of the varieties of fish and aquatic equipment.”
“I buy all my dog treats from Horstman & Son. I also buy most my other pet needs there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any food item purchased has always been very healthy. My dog Mazy and I frequent their dog park. Her favorite thing in life is to play with Cleo, and the many other dogs that love to enjoy their dog park. I cannot reccomend Mark and his staff enough.”

“I had a really good experience here! I brought my two dogs, one just for a bath and nail trim and the other for a haircut, bath, and nail trim. The workers were so friendly with us and nice to the dogs, scheduling was easy, and the dogs looked great when we picked them up! Only reason for 4 stars is a felt like it was a bit pricey.”
“Great in store pickup !! It was there and ready to go when I got there. I appreciate not having to haggle over where my order is. You can even do curbside pickup,pull in the lot and let PetSmart know you're there and someone can bring it right to your vehicle. Great pet place great service great prices and sales all the time 👍👍”

“When it comes to pet stores, I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff clearly cares about the animals in their care- and are always knowledge and eager to answer any questions I have. They’re always so invested in making sure I find what I need or at the very least they get my name and number written down so I don’t have to worry about checking in constantly to check if they have specific things in stock!
The staff all feels like one big family, and when you’re in the store it feels like you’re just part of the family. The staff have pets of their own that are often hanging around in the store, the girls at the front counter are always sweet and willing to listen and chat or offer suggestions and advice, everyone always seems happy to be there and help. Theyll help you set up a whole terrarium if you want, or leave you to shop by yourself. It all gives the store a very comforting and pleasant atmosphere that’s completely gone in most chain stores!!”
