The worst bank I’ve ever been to. Hire more staff. 20 minutes consistently in the drive thru. Rude staff.

Sent my son in to open an account at this branch TWICE. TWICE they tuned him away because they didn’t have time. Closed my 35 year accounts at PNC. So many bad experiences at this branch. UPDATE: Finally left PNC.

Poor customer service. This is the slowest bank in Erie. Under staffed with people sitting around doing nothing as customers wait. The manger should step up and get behind a counter and do some work! Look at thier star rating. For a bank this is pathetic!
