ATM deposits not working. PNC closed. PNC is slowly dying everywhere. Disappearing from the map more and more.

Over the last seven years of having PNC, the service has become unprofessional. I had an appointment to open a bank account at 10:45AM. I ended up leaving at 1 PM because they could not figure out how to open the bank account. There are too many hoops to jump through.

I always have a good experience with this branch! Friendly staff, branch is always cleaned & organized, I am always in & out quick, and whenever I need assistance I always have a good experience coming here. One of the only great branches in Erie! I do miss the branch on West 8th Street, but, this branch is wonderful.
