“The owner of the location helped me pick up my rental. It was after hours and the shop was closed, but he still took the time to help me. This was very helpful to me because I was in an unfamiliar location and had never used the self service pick up.”

I wasn’t even expecting to receive a truck as the rental while my truck was in the shop. “I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly, made sure we had what we needed, and asked if we had any questions before we left.
The pickup process was quick and smooth — we got in, got the truck, and were on our way with no issues. Returning the truck was just as easy. They gathered the information, took the keys, and had us out the door in just a couple of minutes.

“They never seem to have the trucks I want to rent in Harborcreek I have to go to another U-Haul to pick one up. Which causes a problem because my storage unit is at Harborcreek U-Haul so Im charged per mile from where I had to pick up the truck to Harborcreek U-Haul I have to pay those miles
And the storage unit cost seem to go up every 6 months to a year for no reason”

Today I was screwed around by my tool delivery and had to give back the truck after using it only 20 minutes compared to the planned 5 hours I reserved it for.
