The owner of the location helped me pick up my rental. It was after hours and the shop was closed, but he still took the time to help me. This was very helpful to me because I was in an unfamiliar location and had never used the self service pick up.

Yes I went in with some questions about renting a truck (which I had never done before) and James was the one who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I left with a better understanding of how the process to rent a vehicle works and will be stopping in soon to make a reservation!
